To facilitate winter travel for NTNU faculty and students, the Library will implement a “No Recall for Reserved Books during Winter Break” policy:

From December 9, 2025, to February 10, 2026, recall notices will be suspended for books borrowed by full-time/part-time faculty and currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students.

If a reservation request is placed during this period, the Library will issue a recall notice, and the due date will be automatically shortened to February 24, 2026. Please note accordingly.

This policy does not apply to loans made by non-NTNU users or to audiovisual materials; standard loan rules remain in effect.
