- The item with public performance rights is for use in the library principally. However, for education or business reason, the teaching faculty can borrow the item with public performance rights for teaching. School administrative units and official student clubs are required to fill out the "Public Performance Audiovisual Data Borrowing Application Form." Please submit the application form to the counter on the second floor of the main library one week in advance. The loan limit is five items for 7 days. No buffer time. The teaching faculty can renew the items once online. There is no reservation function. If the teaching faculty cannot come to borrow the resource, please fill out the “letter of authorization for borrowing library resources.” The assistant or the research colleague can then bring the teacher’s ID card and the letter of authorization to the library to borrow the resources.
- The overdue fine is NT$5 per day for each item (count on barcodes). The lending right will be frozen until the resource is returned. If the item has been recalled several times but remains outstanding, the library will deem it lost and ask for compensation.

If it reaches 3 points during the semester, the reservation right will be suspended for three months.
