The library accepts multiple payment methods for library fees. There are options of credit card payment, bank transfer, convenience store payment, cash, or easycard payment at the cashier.
The library needs to confirm the payment has arrived to reimburse the bill. It will take around two working days. The patron can login to My Library to check the status of the payment. If the payment has been made but not reimbursed on the system, please provide the payment receipt to the library to check.
Step 1: Visit My Library, click on the Fines & Fees, and put in the price amount.
Step 2: Select the Payment Options.
【Credit card payment】
Enter the NTNU online payment platform, choose credit card payment.
※ Note:
【Bank transfer】
Enter the NTNU online payment platform, and choose Pay at Bank Counter.
※ Note: Each payment slip has its payment account number. Please pay accordingly to the account listed. The patron should pay the interbank remittance fee.
【Convenience store payment】
Enter the NTNU online payment platform, and choose Pay in Convenience Store.
Please pay cash at the circulation desk at the Main Library, Gungguan Library, or the Linkou Library.
The Main Library accepts easy card payment. However, the easy card service is only for making payments. Top-up service is not available.
The patron can check the payment status in My Library. If the payment has been made but not reimbursed on the system, please provide the payment receipt to the library to check.
The online payment option does not provide a paper receipt. If needed for reimbursement claim, please contact the circulation desk at the Main Library.
