Back Issue Periodical Borrowing

I. Eligibility
NTNU faculty/ staff/ students and alumni with library card.

II. Scope
Only the back issue of the leisurely periodicals can be checked out. The current issue of leisurely periodicals, academic journals, and bound journals are not for loan.

III. Loan limit and period
The loan limit of the back-issue periodical is three and the number will be added to the total loan. The loan period is seven days. The days that the library is closed are not included. The periodical cannot be reserved, renewed, or requested.

IV. Required ID card
Please present the staff ID card, student card or library card to the circulation desk to borrow the back issue periodicals.

V. Return
The periodicals should be returned on time to the circulation desk or into the return box.

VI. Lost or damaged
If the back-issue periodical is lost or damaged, please follow the procedure in NTNU library lending rules, article 9.

VII. Overdue
If the loan of the back-issue periodical is overdue, please refer to the NTNU library lending rules, article 10.
