Our university will end the cooperation with ProQuest LLC for thesis and dissertation distribution on August 18, 2025 (Monday).

This is based on the date when your thesis submission is approved in the system.

• If your thesis submission is approved in the system on or after August 19 (Tuesday) and you would like to authorize ProQuest LLC to include your thesis, please contact ProQuest LLC directly. Please note that the system will default to the option “Authorization disagree” for ProQuest LLC for submissions approved on or after August 19.
• Students whose thesis submissions are approved before August 18 will not be affected by this change.

Also, because of system maintenance, the Thesis Submission System will be temporarily closed on August 19 (Tuesday) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

If the maintenance finishes earlier, the system will open earlier.
