  • After August 11, the Library will still review submissions on working days, but you must manage your own schedule.

Review Timeline

  • Each review requires at least three working days, beginning on the first working day after submission. Saturdays, Sundays, national or school holidays, and suspension days announced by the Taipei City Government (such as for typhoons) are not counted as working days.
  • If your thesis is withdrawn or returned for corrections, a new 3-working-day review period will apply, calculated from the last submission date.
  • We strongly recommend submitting at least 6 working days in advance to allow time for corrections and resubmission if needed.

If you cannot complete all graduation procedures before August 25, please contact the Graduate Studies Division (02-7749-1107).

Important Reminders:

  • If you have not received an email notification of the review result by the fourth working day, please log in to the system to check the status of your submission.
  • The two weeks before the deadline are a peak period (especially during summer). Reviews may take longer than 3 working days—please submit early.
  • Please do not ask for faster review by phone or email. This may delay the process for other students and is not allowed.
  • If you are overseas, please turn on VPN and connect to a Taiwan IP address to use the NTNU Theses & Dissertations Services system.
  • New versions of the Postponement of Thesis/Dissertation Application Form and Supporting Documents for Postponement of Thesis/Dissertation are now available.
    • Students who have not yet completed their oral defense should download the latest forms (ver. 2026.04) from the system. click here
    • Students who have completed their oral defense may continue to use the previous version (version 2024.03) for submission.
  • The Theses & Dissertations Services system may be temporarily unavailable in the near future due to system maintenance. Please check the Library homepage and the system homepage regularly for updates.
